From a lot of traditional Betawi cuisine served here, you should not miss pecak ikan (fried fish served with sour, refreshing kind of soup). Before it fried until super crispy and topped with sour soup, it seasoned well to make it taste more savoury and salty, not too salty but delectable level of saltiness.

It will be served with pecak, sour, refreshing kind of soup over the crispy fish. It made of shallots, garlic, red chili and ginger. If it is not too spicy, you can add little amount of sambal. Combination of red chili, shrimp paste, and paste tomatoes definitely increasing your appetite.

Coupled with fresh vegetables served in abundant portion, guarantee make you satisfy. There are Poh Pohan leaves (Pilea melastomoides), basil, lettuce, long beans, blanch papaya and cassava leaves. Along with pecak ikan you can enjoy for Rp35.000 per serving, there is also bigger fish you can enjoy with friends. While for those who are not fish enthusiasts can enjoy pecak ayam made of chicken breed with savoury and tender meat.

When visiting this stall food which existed since 1980, you also need to give a try its sayur asem (vegetables in tamarind soup). With clearer kind soup than sayur asem Sunda, the sour taste make your pecak ikan way more delicious. In a bowl of sayur asem you can find chunks of chayote, long beans, sweet corn, melinjo (nuts) and oncom (fermented tempeh).
