Here are the items that are important for you to put in your bag when you have to do activities outside the home.
Spare Face Masks
Besides being required to wear a mask, you are also asked to bring spare face masks. That is because a cloth mask can only be used for a maximum of four hours. Don't forget to bring a mask bag to store your consumable face mask.
Hand Sanitizer, Disinfectant Spray (Small Size), and Liquid Anti-Bacterial Soap
If you are in a place with difficult access to running water and soap, then hand sanitizer can be an alternative for washing your hands. Bring a hand sanitizer with 60-70% alcohol content which can help kill germs. If it’s possible, also bring a small spray disinfectant to clean surfaces or things you want to touch.

Wet and dry wipes also work to clean surfaces or things before you touch them. Dry tissue can also be used to coat your cloth mask.
Tableware and Drinking Bottle
By bringing your own tableware and drinking bottle, you can prevent transmission of the coronavirus. In addition, bringing your own drinking bottle also helps reduce disposable plastic waste that comes from bottled water.
Supplement or Multivitamin
This one is functioned to maintain your immune system so you’re not easily get infected by any disease. You are also advised to bring your personal helmet if you are using an online motorcycle taxi. Also wear a jacket or sweater if you are traveling using public transportation.
Totebag
This one is useful for reducing the use of disposable plastics. As we know, the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of DKI Jakarta has banned the use of plastic bags in shopping centers. For that, you can bring a tote bag that can be used many times and of course, it’s eco-friendly.
Praying Stuff
Similar to bringing your own tableware, bringing your own praying stuff also can help prevents you from transmitting the virus that might occur through shared praying stuff. For women, you can bring your own Mukena and prayer rug. While men can bring a prayer rug, cap, and sarong. Nowadays, there are many thin prayer rugs that are easily folded to small and light to put in your bag.
