In the era of new normal, people are asked to obey health protocols when doing activities outside the home to prevent the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Including when using public transportation such as bus, taxibike, or train.
According to Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19 team, public transportation is very vulnerable to being a place of transmission of the virus, if people don’t comply with applicable health protocols.
Through an Instagram account @bnpb_indonesia, Indonesian National Board for Disaster Management (BNPB) shares tips for people who want to ride public transportation.

Always wear a mask and keep it clean.

Try to wear long-sleeved clothes.

Keep your distance from other people.

Bring a personal helmet if you want to use a taxibike service.

Do not talk or call someone while on public transportation.
