Unlike other baristas, they consider disabled because of their inability to hear. They will serve you with sign language. No worries, at the cash register, there is a menu you can point out to tell them which one you want to order. Not only baristas, cashiers, cooks, and waiters are people with disabilities.

Sunyi also friendly to blind people. It can be seen through from guiding block on the floor. It also has several sign language books you can learn while sipping your favorite coffee. There are at least 23 drinks, both coffee and non-coffee you can enjoy at friendly prices, such as Hazelnut Latte, Caramel Latte, Manual Brew, Kopi Pandan Susu (milk coffee with pandan), Lemon Zist Coldbrew, and Chocolate Sunyi.
