PT Asuransi Parolamas (Parolamas), an insurance service provider company issued a new service, Simplr. The latest brand of Parolamas offers life benefit insurance products that can be purchased online. Simplr comes as a form of digitizing insurance offered directly to the public.
There are three products offered by Simplr, including Lifestyle insurance (protects lifestyles when an accident occurs which causes death / disability or termination of employment due to bankruptcy of the company according to law), Total Vehicle Loss snsurance (damage warranty of loss due to theft or total damage to motorized vehicles, equal to or greater than 75% of the price of the vehicle), and the Health Fund insurance (cover Hospital costs due to accidents, or due to typhoid fever, dengue fever, diphtheria, pneumonia and tuberculosis).
Unlike other online insurance platforms, Simplr's products are self-designed and self-guaranteed. So, customers directly deal with product owners, not with intermediaries (both online and offline) who only focus on selling products and not prioritizing customer service.
As a digital service, Simplr comes up with the concept of convenience, both in terms of access and transaction. Simplr also promises to purchase insurance products in just three minutes or even less. Information about the product will be conveyed simply and completely, and offers a variety of payment instruments such as credit / debit card, Doku, bank transfer, and payment at Alfamart outlets. They are also working on increasing payment options using GO-PAY, OVO, and LinkAja.
