While you take the criticism, you are willing to take steps to improve your performance and potential.

3. Intellectual Curiosity

People with high curiosity in positive way will always eager to find out more and more until get proper information. Even they already have the information, they feel less satisfied until find other reliable sources as comparison about topic in order.
