Some of you may already be familiar with the name Leonardo da Vinci, an artist who is also known as a scientist in the fields of science, mathematic, art and architecture. Da Vinci was born in Italy 15 April 1452 and died in 1519.
Like an artist, after his death, Leonardo da Vinci left many of his paintings, some of which were even known worldwide, such as The Last Supper and Mona Lisa, most known to many people. The painting is now displayed at Louvre Museum in Paris, France.
However, residents of Jakarta and surrounding areas do not need to go far to Louvre Museum in Paris to see the charming Mona Lisa's smile, because the painting comes in a digital format that is now being exhibited at Mandiri Museum in West Jakarta.
To commemorate the 500th anniversary of the decease of eonardo da Vinci, Mandiri Museum held an exhibition titled Leonardo Opera Omania. There are 17 Da Vinci paintings displayed in digital format at Mandiri Museum.

Although they come in digital format, the paintings displayed still look original. Each Leonardo Da Vinci painting presented at Mandiri Museum matches the original size and shape of the painting. In addition, each painting is exhibited in a high definition digital imaging format, so visitors can still feel the same emotion as if they see the original painting.
The exhibition also aims to strengthen bilateral relations between Italy and Indonesia that have existed for 70 years, and to introduce these very historic paintings to Indonesians and art lovers.
The Leonardo Opera Omani exhibition was opened to public since 6 February to 3 March. To visit this exhibition, you only need to pay an entrance ticket to Mandiri Museum of Rp. 5,000 and Rp. 3,000 for students.
