COVID-19 Response Team is led by DKI Jakarta People's Welfare Assistant Secretary, Catur Laswanto, which consisted of Head of Health Service, Head of Communication, Informatics and Statistics Department, Head of BPBD, Head of National Unity and Politics Department, Head of Education Department, Head of Tourism and Creative Economy Department, and Economic Bureau. The COVID-19 Response Team Post is located at DKI Jakarta Health Agency on Jalan Kesehatan Number 10 in Petojo, Central Jakarta.

Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan said, according to monitoring, there are 136 people in which 115 people are monitored healthy and 21 people are still under monitoring. While 39 people are still under surveillance.

Please note, monitoring is aimed at people who have a history of infection and have body temperature, as well as those who have just returned from China, Singapore, Malaysia, or other countries that have been infected with COVID-19.

The supervision is aimed at people in monitoring the symptoms increase with shortness of breath. If someone has these symptoms, then that person will be taken to hospital and isolated. The person who gets the surveillance is called suspect.

Anies also emphasized that Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta will continue its best efforts to protect Jakartans. "DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will always provide updates in a transparent manner, as it is, and also provide confidence to the public that Provincial Government is doing everything we can to protect our citizens," Anies explained.

Furthermore, Anies explained the steps taken by DKI Jakarta Health Agency in order to minimize the spread of COVID-19.

"So far the team from Health Department has conducted an investigation, epidemiology, where each person being monitored forms an interaction pattern. Who has activities where, interacts with who, when, and others. All of the patterns are already there. All done in order to minimize the potential for transmission of COVID-19, "Anies added.

Meanwhile, in addition to the health post located at DKI Jakarta Health Agency, all other health facilities are also being alerted, including RSUD ready to respond.

Anies also appealed to the community to make independent prevention efforts. "I appeal to the whole community for hand washing routinely. For those who experience coughs, colds, flu, use masks to maintain the potential for transmission. Do not take it lightly, if you feel symptoms better report it, come to a health facility, rather than being taken lightly but later in life found undesirable thing, "said Anies.
