You don't need to go far to Morocco to be able to feel the pleasure of a Moroccan spa. Because now you can get it at Arabella Hammam, which is located in Radio Dalam area, South Jakarta.
Hammam itself means Moroccan signature baths, while Arabella has the meaning of Arabian or Middle Eastern beauty. Arabella Hammam can be interpreted as Moroccan baths to get beautiful skin like Middle Eastern women.
Once you step into Arabella Hammam Spa, soothing music immediately welcomes you. There are two types of rooms to enjoy the spa here, VIP and regular rooms, the only difference lies in the bed. The marble bed in the VIP room can fit two people, it’s perfect for married couples who want to enjoy a spa together. Meanwhile, a regular room with shades of gold contains two single beds.
After arriving at the spa room, you will be asked to face down. Then, your whole body will be soaked in hot water, which works for evaporate. After that, the therapist will smear your body using black soap, dark green gel soap imported from Morocco. This soap is powerful enough to cleanse your body skin. The therapist then massages your body with the soap.

After massage, you will be asked to soak in warm water that has been sprinkled with Himalayan salt. During the bath, the therapist will pamper you again by massaging your head and hair. Not just massaging, your hair also gets treatment using a special cream. Your face is also will be spoiled with massage and full-blooded.
The next stage, you’ll be asked to lie back to rub your body. At this stage, the therapist uses special gloves with quite rough surface. When rubbing, dirt that sticks in your body will come out, your dead skin cells will peel off.
The final process of the hammam bath is mud mask. Your whole body will be covered in mud masks that have been mixed with argan oil. This mud mask works to moisturizing your skin.
