PT Bank Central Asia Tbk recently launched a new product that is quite unique, Keyboard BCA. With this keyboard, customers can directly access BCA Mobile Banking app while chatting or opening social media. According to BCA President Director, Jahja Setiaatmadja Keyboard BCA was designed amid the trend of digitalization that affected people's behavior in communication.
Keyboard BCA can be used in all applications that need to use keyboard. So, when you're texting or opening Instagram, you can immediately see your balance or transfer your money.
This keyboard looks like an ordinary keyboard, with an additional shortcut at the bottom to open BCA Mobile app. There are three menus on the keyboard, balance check, transfer, and account mutation. After making a transaction, customer can immediately send the receipt via chat apps to the recipient. You also don't need to in or out from one app to another app anymore. However, for now Keyboard BCA can only be used for Android operating system. The iOS operating system is not yet available and will be launched in the future.
Regarding security, customers don't need to worry because BCA guarantees the security of the keyboard app. Customers do not need to worry that the password entered using Keyboard BCA will leak, because the keyboard does not have a memory system so it can’t record anything you typed.
