Formed in August 2017, this community has interesting, fun yet beneficial activities for people who have interest with embroidering. Komunitas Ngebenang is a handcraft workshop which formed based on same hobbies and abilities of embroidery.

Four initiators introducing one of interesting hobbies (embroidery) to ease your mind. Other benefits during this activity include increasing concentration, help you be a more patient person, and practice to stay calm.

In each workshop, participants will be given tools and media. For at least three hours costs up to Rp350.000 per person, you are invited to enjoy and relax through embroidering. The first 1.5 hours, you will be taught basic embroidery techniques while other 1.5 hours you will make simple motifs (one or two types of objects).

But, Komunitas Ngebenang is quite different from common embroidery which only focusing as wall hangings, this one turns any kind of objects around them. The result are diverse include key chains, necklaces, and brooches.
