For those of you who often pass the sidewalk in Bendungan Hilir area, precisely in front of Sampoerna Strategic Square, you may already be familiar with this mini coffee shop. Kopi SSS, a coffee shop that is now being hits among Jakartans. How come? Curious? Here goes the review!
Kopi SSS is in a very strategic location, because it's located right in front of Bendungan Hilir MRT station, and not far from Bendungan Hilir Transjakarta bus stop. From a distance, the building where Sampoerna's coffee shop is already attract your attention. As seen in the picture, the outside of the building is dominated by wooden material and wide glass windows, look in contrast to the tall buildings around it.
At the top of the building, there are wooden sticks that are neatly lined up like sticking to the wooden walls, arguably this is the characteristic of Kopi SSS. In the middle, there is Sampoerna Kayoe logo. Its unique and Instagenic design is certainly being the target of people who pass by to take pictures in front of it.

Kopi SSS Area is divided into indoor and outdoor. Because it is a mini mini coffee shop, so don't be surprised if the indoor area is not spacious, there are only a few chairs and a long table facing the window. While in the outdoor there are several tables with umbrellas in the middle and several chairs at each table.
Another uniqueness of this coffee shop near MRT station is that it’s integrated with the sidewalk. Pedestrians can easily enter Kopi SSS. Even though it’s on Sampoerna Strategic Square land, visitors from outside don’t need to pass through gates or fences, because this coffee shop is made side by side with sidewalk. Don’t worry! Kopi SSS doesn’t use the sidewalk as its land.

As a coffee shop, of course their mainstay menu is coffee, such as latte, cappuccino, cafe latte, Americano, and of course, milk coffee. Kopi Suka Suka Me (Rp. 18 thousand) is a visitor's favorite menu. This milk coffee is a blend of Common Ground’s houseblend espresso, milk, and palm sugar. It has creamy texture and the coffee taste is not too strong.
In addition to coffee, there are also non-coffee menu that you can choose if you don't want to drink coffee, such as Hojicha Latte (Rp. 28 thousand), Matcha Latte (Rp. 25 thousand), Regal Popcorn (Rp. 23 thousand), and some Yakult drinks. Some time ago, Alinear tasted their Hojicha latte. It tastes good and the Hojicha taste is quite strong. For food menu, Kopi SSS only serves breads.
If you are interested in visiting, try to come before night, because it’s almost always full. Many workers in the area near Kopi SSS stopped by after work.
