Kitamura is a Japanese shabu-shabu restaurant (AYCE) under Kulo Group. Carrying concept of Japanese shabu-shabu restaurant, Kitamura decorated every single corner of dining area with bright colour and warm wood elements.

Here, you can eat shabu-shabu as much as you want for 90 minutes for Rp99.000 per person. Kitamura offering two different menu sets, Makushita for Rp99.000 with two choices of meat, Australian and US Prime Beef and Yokozuna for Rp129.000 with three choices of meat, Australian, US Prime Beef, and Wagyu.

Alinear decided to try Makushita for Rp99.000 per person which included complementary side dishes such as shrimp balls, Singapore otak-otak (fish cakes), chikuwa, enoki mushrooms, fish dumpling cheese, bok choy, udon, chicken karaage, sweet potato tempura and various dipping sauces.

Alinear also chose two of four soups served in a shabu-shabu pot, sukiyaki with mild sweet taste and chicken collagen with slightly salty taste. Texture of Australian Beef quite tender while US Prime Beef has more fatty and juicy. Thanks to those sliced beef, you do not need to cook for long time. Within five dips, you can enjoy tender and savory beef.
