1. Drink Enough Water
This one will help you fulfill fluid needs on daily basis. Each person needs a different level of water. Hence, the best way to drink water is when you feel thirsty to keep your fluid balance.

Meanwhile, after drinking, you need to go to the bathroom immediately, drinking water also helps you to get a little bit up from your seat. Sitting for a long time without a break or stretching causes health problems such as pain in the neck and back.
 
2.  Breakfast
