If in the previous article Alinear discussed Fresh Sensation of Coffee Jelly from Rainbow Baker, this time it's our turn to discuss the pastry menu, namely brownies and apple pie. Both are Rainbow Baker's signature menus that are suitable to accompany your relaxing time.

The first pastry we tasted was brownies. The aroma of chocolate brownies immediately bursts out as soon as we open the box that says Rainbow Baker. The brownies are dark brown with a wrinkled and cracked top. From the looks of it, you can guess that these Rainbow Baker brownies have a crunchy texture.

Sure enough, once bitten, the outer texture was crunchy and a bit dry. It's different from the inside of the brownie. The texture feels moist, slightly wet, and soft. When eaten, hmmm, the chocolate taste is so thick. The moist texture feels right with the chocolate taste that sticks in the mouth. These Rainbow Baker Brownies are indeed worth tasting because of their unique texture and delicious taste.

Satisfied with the brownies, we then tried the Rainbow Baker apple pie. As soon as we opened the box, we were immediately amazed to see the tempting appearance of the apple pie. An apple pie sheet wrapped in aluminum foil looks 'calling' to be cut immediately. When cut, it looks like pieces of apples and raisins that are abundant on the inside.

Once we devoured it, it was a bit crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We also tasted the milky taste of the pie dough. At first glance, the taste reminds us of Nastar cake. Slices of apple and raisins inside give it a slightly sour taste, but it feels right with legit pie dough. Hmmm, delicious!
