For the eleventh time, Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival (JJF) is going to be held on March 4, 5, and 6, 2016 at JIEXPO Kemayoran. By carrying the theme of “Exploring Indonesia”, this year JJF increased the numbers of Indonesian musicians to perform in this international festival. Name them Afgan, Andre Hehanusa, Glenn Fredly, Idang Rasjidi, Kunto Aji, Maliq & D’essentials, Raisa, Teza Sumendra, and many more.
The international musicians are also fun, such as Chris Botti, David Foster, Sting, Eric Benet, Level 42, and Robin Thicke. By inviting top international jazz musicians, this annual event is a most wanted among jazz lovers. Not only domestic guests, the festival also attracts many international guests to come over.
The ticket is sold for Rp550,000 per day, and if you want to watch the whole three days you can buy the 3-day pass for only Rp1,400,000 per person. To watch the performances of Robin Thicke, David Foster, Chris Botti, and Sting, you will need to buy additional special show ticket that you can get from Rp300,000 to Rp2.500,000 depending the ticket class and the show day.
