CLM, simpler procedure to come and leave the Capital.

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government was no longer required SIKM as permit letter for those who want to come or leave the capital since July 14. Hence, they replaced SIKM with new requirement, CLM or Corona Likelihood Metric.
Using machine learning based technology, CLM as collaboration of Jakarta Smart City, DKI Jakarta Health Office, Harvard CLM Team and Klakklik.id help people to indicate of getting COVID-19 before they come or leave the capital.
CLM is a self-assessment form to know the condition of people at the moment. People who truthfully fill out the forms will be rated by the system as per their answers then given scores. Therefore, indication of exposure to viruses are based on predefined values, no symptoms, ODP (to be monitor) or PDP (under supervision). If CLM found people to be high risk, they are not allowed to leave their homes and recommend to take PCR test immediately at nearest health facilities, reported by Jakarta Smart City.

Select JakCLM feature after downloading.

Read all the information, terms and conditions and accept.

Enter your full name, ID number, date of birth, active phone number and email address (fill in all required data correctly to make sure if you need PCR test).

Fill in all questions truthfully including clinical information, health conditions, contact and travel history for past 14 days.

You will be presented with test results under following categories, no symptoms, to be monitored (ODP) or under supervision (PDP).

If your result advises you to take PCR test, go to the nearest health facilities by taking your ID and the result.

The result can be saved and last for a week.
