Located in Kwantisore village, those giant animals appear in groups and individual if you use Puri fish (small sized anchovy) as bait. There are also dugongs, turtles and dolphins ready to accompany your underwater journey.
3. North Halmahera, North Maluku
Along with Ternate island, Halmahera also has some interesting snorkelling and diving spots.
