The owner believes that food is like art. Every food has its own taste and should be appreciated. Therefore, Basic Instinct is always processing food without using additional seasoning.
As a French restaurant, It is unfortunate if you do not taste the French dishes. One of them that you should try is Pan Seared Foie Gras (Rp. 270,000), with such a lavish presentation. This menu contains a goose liver that is placed on top of sliced green apples smeared in caramel and then covered by a gelee consommer, and there are small pieces of fruit covered in orange and balsamic sauce.

Another very tempting menu is the Risotto Lobster Bisque with Hokkaido Scallop and Prawn (Rp. 210,000).
