There are a lot of things can affect success of your business, one of them is how leaders (you) manage the company. Everyone can constantly make innovative yet creative ideas but if these three common trivial mistakes cannot be avoided, it is not possible your business goes bankrupt.
1. Not Flexible
In fact, the ability to accept suggestions and ideas from everyone involved in your business is very, very important to do. It simply means you can adapt to any little changes while running your business. If you are not flexible to accept suggestions or new ideas including making decisions, it will affect your business later. The reason is you choose to limit the choices in making decisions while flexibility is needed to find creative yet effective solutions while dealing with unexpected situations.
2. Too Much Complain
It is fine to spill out complain, but as leader you need to learn complain less or people will assume you are pessimistic. You probably spill out bad words unconsciously, in the other hand, you make other unproductive. Do not let little mistakes make you ungrateful.
3. Inconsistency
Consistency is need in every single thing you do in daily life including when you are required to develop and run a business at the same time. Consistency is important to build brand awareness, to give your brand a characteristic which make your products or services different from others. Focus on uniqueness and advantages you have to ensure people choose only your products or services.
