Entering the restaurant in Cikajang area, South Jakarta, you will immediately find a mysterious impression. Not because of the interior, but because the gimmick has a mystery that emanates from its serving concept, like fine dining, but in a casual way.
71st Omakase interior does not show much detail, except a minimalist dining room adjacent to the kitchen. Even so, visitors can still feel the homey impression when greeted warmly and kindly by the staff. After passing through the main door, you will be invited through a wall decorated with drink bottles. At the end of the room there is a bar table with a capacity of 12 people.
Even though it provides an a la carte menu, but the restaurant in Senopati is very famous for its omakase concept (the concept of eating where you hand over the food to be eaten by the chef). In addition, the menu is also processed directly in front of you, so you can also absorb the creativity and complexity of the food that is being prepared specifically.

The omakase courses at 71st Restaurant are divided into two options, Lunch Set Menu (Rp. 415,000) and Dinner (Rp. 890,000), each of which consisted of five to nine dishes for two to three people. The menu choices they have to offer will be replaced at the latest three months. With improvisation, the chefs can replace it every two weeks, if they find the right method for processing their menu.
If you are interested, it is recommended to pay for reservation online first no later than the day before you arrive. One more thing, it is highly recommended to come wearing smart casual clothes.
