Doing the daily activities are not easy, it can exhausting, and easily sink your mood. These five small moves offer a major mood boost. Try at least one, to feel happier.
1. Think about your hobby
Do any activity you enjoy. Studies show hobby like drawing or photography help you feel like the captain of your own ship because you enjoy it.
2. Listening to music
Listening to music while stuck in traffic can actually improve your mood. While listening, do not be afraid to turn up the jams, and sing out loud when you are feeling low.

3. Pet your pet
Cuddling your pet, either dog or cat, after a long stressful day can actually increase levels of the stress-reducing hormone oxytocin and decrease the production of the stress hormone cortisol.
4. Volunteering
Try volunteering to socialize and reduce stress. Volunteering lowers stress and also boosts self-confidence as well as increases feelings of calm.
5. Track your day
Write down anything that happens in your life to increase satisfying feelings. Even if you make a journal with your partner, it can boost your confidence and faith.
