Rainy season starts to come. To avoid sickness because of this season, here are five tips for you!

1. Always Have Your Umbrella Ready
To protect yourself from rain, you better bring umbrella wherever you go. There are lots of mini umbrella you can buy if you want to carry it easier. If you got wet because of rain, you can potentially get fever because of the drastic change of body temperature. So, you better use umbrella for your outside protection.

2. Keep Your Health
The temperature changes because of rainy season can make our body susceptible to virus that can make disease easier to get into your body. So, you better keep your health by eating healthy and nutritious food regularly. Also consume multivitamin, especially vitamin C, to improve your immune system and protect your body from getting sick.

3. Keep Your Cleanliness
Rain water can bring bacteria and virus, after you got wet because of rain, make sure you wash your hands to kill the virus. Or, you have to take a bath as soon as possible to make your body clean again.

4. Prevent Using Slippers
Many people prefer to use slippers in rainy season because it is more practical and can be dried easily. But do you know that using slippers can make germs stay on your feet? Yup! Moreover, on rainy season there are lots of puddles on the street where germs like to stay. These germs can cause diseases such as diarrhea and fungal skin. Better use boots or shoes that cover your feet.

5. Clean Your House
Take care of the canal, lavatory, tub, and any corner of your house that mosquitos like to stay. Because in rainy season, mosquito population tends to increase. You better clean your house frequently to avoid the disease brought by mosquitos.
