Everyone must have a purpose in life, one of which is to achieve success. Having a lot of money and being able to do what you want seems to be the dream of many people. However, did you know that there are some habits that can hinder your success? Reporting from Aol, here are five habits that can keep you from success.

1. Negative Thinking
The habit of having negative thoughts about anything can change a lot of things. When you instill positive thoughts and motivate yourself, a lot of positive things will happen in your life. On the other hand, always looking at things in a negative light will only prevent you from doing something more useful. You should immediately throw away negative thoughts about anything from your life.

2. Delay
Whether you realize it or not, procrastinating on small things can hinder your success. It may seem trivial, but it turns out that it really can have an effect on life. Most people postpone work and choose to enjoy life by having fun. Indirectly this habit makes you miss many golden opportunities.
Like procrastinating and finishing work, it can affect your judgment at work. Bosses will assess the credibility of the work that is not good, and less trustworthy.

3. Comfort Zone Bound
In general, people prefer to stay in their comfort zone rather than try new things that they don't necessarily like. However, this habit is unlikely to get you to the next stage. To achieve success, you should be able to blend in, as well as try new things outside of your comfort zone. Fear of dealing with new people can eliminate work and environmental connections that could be more beneficial to your life.

4. Wasting Money
It is certain that this bad habit will make it difficult for you to achieve success. Usually, on payday, all the things you want will certainly be granted. For that, try to make a list of the items you need. Buy what you need, not what you want. Try to start saving, for your provisions in the future.

5. Extravagance
Your mind is stressed because of many piled-up tasks and personal problems that are being experienced. Often this is accomplished by partying and having fun with friends at the bar. Sometimes it doesn't seem like a problem, but it's not a good thing to do it all the time. Partying every week without thinking about the costs, will result in you spending money on savings and making expenses swell just for things that are not important.
