Several things that must be possessed to be able to have basic leadership qualities are how a person can serve (clients/customers) -- Even in businesses that are already running, or businesses that are just running. For the business to continue, several innovative initiatives from each leader are needed which are adapted to the market or conditions/situation of the business (company).
Becoming a leader is not easy. You must be able to think objectively about everything in your business. It's not only always about sales (marketing), it's not even always about profit. Some norms exist in every company that must be sensitive to pay attention to. How can one prioritize employee-to-employee interactions, etc...

So, what behavior can be seen and used as a basic benchmark to see if someone has leadership skills?
1. Empathy & Care for Others
People are naturally wired to engage in interactions and emotions at work. Not only in work; They want a purpose. They don't want to just put in the time and collect a paycheck; they want to contribute and make a difference that can have a positive impact (aspect).
How they can create an environment where people feel comfortable, safe, and liked. In addition, those who have the spirit of leadership, basically just ensure that they are cared for and prepared for success. And finally, they will respond decisively with loyalty and higher performance. Take a look, do your employees have a sense of caring and empathy for other employees?
– “The most powerful force in business isn't greed, fear, or even the raw energy of unbridled competition. The most powerful force in business is love. That's what will help your company grow and become stronger. It's what will propel your career forward. It's what will give you a sense of meaning and satisfaction in your work, which will help you do your best work. “

When you become a leader, your workspace will become wider and you will share information, ask for input from other employees, and prioritize the welfare of other employees. How someone can be a mainstay for other employees and have a sense of responsibility for actions. Someone who can provide a personal sense of security for others, and can be trusted (mutual trust), is one of the good behaviors to become a leader in the company.

This can be seen in how a person responds to a job that requires further exploration. Will that person take the initiative to seek more information and learn to understand new things? Whether it's in the scope of work or special cases such as the company's condition/atmosphere which goes up/down.
Someone who has a strong leadership spirit, will be loyal and try to find solutions that make their business/company bad...; to be better.

4. Initiative, Innovative, & Creative
Wise leaders are open to new ideas, and they will utilize reverse mentoring relationships, as an employee engagement strategy. For example: When Bosses with older Millennial or Gen X backgrounds look to and listen to Gen Z to get new perspectives and inspiration.

Each of us has problems. Whether it's leadership, or beliefs that can prevent us from leading well. However, don't let that make you bad, or unable to do it. See the shortcomings and obstacles we face as extraordinary opportunities to grow as leaders, (build) trust, or build skills to be superior and competitive in a healthy way.
