1. Banoffee Oreo Regal

274 gr Oreo
200 gr instant whipped cream
125 ml sweet condensed milk

Steps:
1. Dulce de Leche: cook mixture of sugar and butter over low heat using non-sticky pan, stir well.

300 gr all-purpose flour
450 ml milk
4 tbsp margarine
2 eggs
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp tasting powder
Oil
Filling:
250 gr mayonnaise
7 sausages (diced)
6 hard-boiled eggs (sliced 6 parts per egg)
70 gr cheddar cheese (grated)
For crunchy skin:
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
Bread crumbs
Steps:
1. Risoles’ skin: mix flour, eggs, milk, salt and tasting powder, stir well. Add heated margarine, stir again. If you find perfect consistency yet, you can add some milk or water. Set aside for 15 minutes before cooking.
