Lima Events (PT. Lima Armada Utama) and AMK Events collaborated to hold a sharia and halal industry exhibition titled Muslim Lifestyle Festival 2019and Islamic Tourism Expo 2019. This exhibition is held in the context of welcoming the Islamic New Year 1441 Hijri which will be held on 30 August to 1 September at Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) in Central Jakarta. This event carries the theme "Integration of Islamic Lifestyle", as a tangible manifestation of the organizers in encouraging the growth of the sharia industry in Indonesia.
Chairman of the Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI) Rachmat S Marpaung explained, this will be the largest exhibition of the Islamic industry and halal lifestyle in Indonesia that combines the concept of B2B and B2C exhibitions with three special features, including Islamic education, creative business corners, and conferences. Meanwhile, exhibitors who attended will represent all sectors of the sharia and halal industries, including halal food, Islamic finance, halal travel & tourism, modest fashion, halal media, halal cosmetics & pharmaceuticals.
Muslim Lifestyle Festival 2019 and Islamic Tourism Expo 2019 will feature around 500 exhibitors from any sharia industry sectors in Indonesia. The exhibition also presents multi-industry products, talk shows, and workshops as a means of public education about the halal lifestyle in Indonesia as well as a variety of interesting entertainment as part of the inaugural celebration of the Muslim Lifestyle Festival 2019.
