Gandaria City shopping center is well known as a home for many cafes that serve delicious pastry menus. The cafes even have interior designs that are pleasing to the eye and provide comfort. Perfect to be a spot to hangout. One of them is the pastry cafe that just opened last February, Baked Magic.
Coming from Osaka, Japan, Baked Magic in Gandaria City is the first outlet in Indonesia. In its home country, Baked Magic has been around for nine years. Although relatively new, this pastry shop already has a lot of fans. The outlet is almost never empty of visitors.
The concept of the cafe in Gandaria City is quite simple and not too big. There are only a few brightly colored chairs and tables, and green plants that adorn almost the entire wall of the cafe. But it’s good enough to be used as a place to chat for a while.
For its flagship menu, Baked Magic Gandaria City offers a variety of tasty chou pastries. Like Rich Custard Chou, Caramel Brulee Chou, Chocolate Brulee Chou, and Matcha Brulee Chou. The price per piece ranges from Rp. 27,000 to Rp. 30,000.
If you are confused what chou to choose, you can order Caramel Brulee Chou which is the best seller at Baked Magic. Although there is an element of caramel, but the sweet taste is just right and not excessive. The taste of this chou is more delicious because there are two layers of filling, custard and caramel cream in it. As for matcha lovers, you can taste Matcha Brulee Chou. In the chou there are custard and matcha cream which tastes not too sweet and there is still a bit of a bitter taste typical matcha. Yummy!
