Established in 1998, it is commonly frequented by office workers who are either making a stopover here or have made the place their destination.
Sinar Garut Bogasari presents a smorgasbord of choices for those who are not after a run-of-the-mill bubur ayam. They range from shredded cheese, chopped intestines and liver and gizzards, to corned beef and raw egg. The latter may sound a rather odd addition to porridge, but since its bubur ayam is served hot, the egg will have become half boiled by the time it reaches your table. Imagine tucking into a bowl of hot porridge mixed with a savory egg, perfect!
You should try a combination of cheese and corned beef. Supplied in abundance, even your last spoonful still had cheese all over it. The corned beef is presented almost exactly like the egg – dunked raw into the hot porridge. It is savory and become more flavorsome when blended together with the other toppings, including cakwe (fried batter), chicken, emping (melinjo crackers) and scallions.

One of the most popular place for Bubur Ayam, the savory chicken porridge with generous toppings of crackers, shredded chicken, fried shallot has so many loyal customers and it sells out really fast for approximately in 2 hours, so you better come early. The stall used to be located near BCA but they have moved to another location still in Kelapa Gading area, in front of Indomaret, right across Al Azhar School.

3. Bubur Ayam Cikini HR Sulaiman
Bubur Ayam Cikini atau Burcik's appearance indeed looks different than other chicken porridge. The broth or curry sauce looks not overwhelm the bowl. Soy sauce doesn't look fouled the bowl which filled by chicken, cakwe, and emping. You will also not look sate jeroan, and quail eggs decorate Burcik's storefront. And what so good from this chicken porridge?
Burcik's signature is egg yolk immersed in the hot porridge. Before you eat it, you can set your own ripeness level. If you just left it for a while, the egg yolk will transformed to be half-baked. If you more like stirr your porridge before eat it, the porridge will be yellowish.

Indeed it looks so weird, but the taste is not bad although it use egg yolk. They use ginger and combine it with the porridge, so you will not smell fishy.

4. Bubur Ayam Mangga Besar 1

The porridge is available in plain version or with chicken, as for the side dish, both Pek Cam Ke and Grilled Chicken are must have (you can get half and half), the chicken is very tender moist yet savory making it perfect companion for porridge. Established by a man called Agus in 1992, it took only a few months for Bubur Ayam Barito to become the talk of the town. Its reputation for serving the best Bubur Ayam (chicken porridge) is known to many, which comes as a source of amazement.
The Bubur Ayam here may seem similar to those produced by its counterparts – it consists of porridge, slices of fried chicken, cakwe (deep-fried wheat-based dough), raw egg, and some cheese sticks – but once a spoonful lands in your mouth, it will feel like a slice of heaven had just made a pit stop on your palate.
