Those who have watched Get Out must be familiar with his names. Yes, Jordan Peele became a director in a movie that made several Oscar nominations. Peele also became a producer in the BlacKkKlansman film which won the Best Adapted Screenplay category at the Oscars some time ago. Jordan Peele hooked Lupita Nyong'o as the main character in Us. In 2014, Lupita won an Oscar for the Best Performance by Actress in a Supporting Role category for her role in 12 Years a Slave. Last year, the Mexican-born actress starred in one of the best Marvel Studios superhero films, Black Panther who won many awards. Us also stars Lupita's partner in Black Panther, Winston Duke, and Elizabeth Moss who is famous for her brilliant acting in The Handmaid's Tale.

On Rotten Tomatoes, Us movies get 95% based on 365 reviews. While on Metacritic, the movie has an average score of 81 out of 100, based on 54 criticisms. Meanwhile, based on a survey from CinemaScore, Us gets an average of B on a scale A + to F. And on PostTrak, Us achieved an overall positive score of 80%.
4. Biggest Debut
Us managed to become an original horror film with the biggest debut week of all time. The film managed to collect more than US $ 70 million (Rp. 995 billion) in its opening week. The achievement shifted the position previously occupied by John Krasinski’s movie, A Quiet Place with a debut of US $ 50 million (Rp. 710 billion).
5. Tells about Doppelganger
Us film tells the story of a husband and wife named Adelaide Wilson (Lupita Nyong'o) and Gabe Wilson (Winston Duke) who bring their children to a house on the coast. They go on a vacation with friends, Tyler (Tim Heidecker) and his wife (Elisabeth Moss).
The cheerful atmosphere than turned tense, after some unknown people surprisingly came to the house. Strangely, this group of people has the exact same face (doppelganger) as each of the Wilson family members. Even these foreigners have skills that ordinary humans do not have.
