In its home country, Gram Pancakes has been around for five years and now has more than 200 outlets throughout Japan. Just like its outlets in other countries, in Jakarta, Gram Café & Pancakes is designed with a garden-like interior. Visitors will also experience a green and comfortable dining atmosphere.
As a pancake cafe, Gram Café certainly offers pancake as their signature dish. And what you have to try is Pancake Premium. The menu uses egg white dough which was shaken until it swell. At first glance, it looks the same as souffle pancake, but Premium Pancake is only made when ordered. Every day, Pancake Premium is only on sale for three time sessions, 11:00, 14:00, and 18:00 WIB. Each session only serves 20 portions. This is because every single batter is only able to make 20 portions of Premium Pancakes.
Another pancake menu that is no less tempting is Mixed Fruit Pancake. Feel the sensation of eating super soft pancakes with fruit toppings like strawberry, kiwi, and orange that will create a sweet, sour, and bitter taste once you eat it. Or Tiramisu Pancake, pancake menu with tiramisu powder and cheese cream.
