Launched in 2016, Snapchat looked like, Instagram Stories successfully captured attention of all Instagram users. Instagram today, launched other interesting feature, Instagram TV also known as IGTV.
IGTV, a new feature for watching and upload 10 minutes vertical-form videos. For Instagram stars, including celebrity, influencer, they can post videos of unlimited length, even hours. IGTV designed to be a destination for watching longer videos than Instagram Stories.
When you press the TV-shaped icon (IGTV) it take you to a navigation screen that features a search bar to allow all users find a video from their favourite celebrity, influencer based on username, For You, Following, Popular and Continue Watching.
Meanwhile IGTV is not supported with some Instagram Stories’ filters like Boomerang, Superzoom, Rewind and others, it lets all users post videos of unlimited time. In other words, it can be seen longer than 24 hours.
First thing first, before you upload some videos on IGTV, you should add your own channel by clicking on three-vertical-dots icon in the top of video section. Once you have added a channel, do not forget to put your title and description, from there, you can upload videos from your library videos.
