One of the difficulties commonly experienced by Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) is when dealing with employee absences, to their salary calculations. Usually, business owners do not have an adequate business administration system. Because of that, William Anwar and Juvenco Pelupessy were determined to make a start-up named Atenda in November 2018.

Quoted from Kontan.co.id, Atenda is an application that can help business owners compile work schedules, arrange attendance, to deal with employee salary calculations, which can be done anywhere. With the help of Atenda, business owners can save up to 100 hours and employee motivation increases by 73% in one year.

The integrated system Atenda has to offer makes business owners able to provide salaries based on employee performance. Because of the app, you can find out overtime, attendance, bonus and other data that are recorded automatically and can be calculated. This makes business owners do not need to bother to compile and match employees performance with the amount of salary that must be paid at the end of the month.

In providing services, Atenda has two offers, free and paid. For free service, users can use member attendance service, member scheduling to employee salary calculations. As for paid services, users will pay around Rp. 299,000 to Rp. 1 million per month. Of course the services available are more complete. Such as photo attendance, determination of unlimited salary groups and supervisor services. Atenda is available for both Android and Play Store.

As of March 2019, there have been 95 business units that have used Atenda. Most of them use level 1 paid service, which priced at Rp. 299,000 per month. In addition to attendance, Atenda also provides other quite unique feature, it’s kasbon. With this feature, workers at the Atenda user company can take their salary earlier than they should. Of course, the amount of kasbon can be taken according to their salary amount. From the transaction, Atenda also made a fee.

In addition to all these services, the future Atenda app will continue to be developed. In the near future, Atenda will launch the latest app. The step to develop the Atenda feature is done because the number UKMs in Indonesia continues to grow and always experiences significant business developments.
